"With plans ready to lodge with council for major renovations to our property in 32 Grenfell Avenue North Narrabeen, we fell over a property for sale in Mona Vale that had the perfect floor plan for us.

With a new born baby the thought of major renovations was suddenly becoming very daunting. Having never been through the process of selling property before, I didn't realise the stress that came with it. My main concern was the lack of trust I had for people who worked in the realestate industry and the stories I have heard. Nik promised me from the beginning that he would be direct with me and not give any false hopes.

To add an extra issue with the sale, Nik had to deal with a tenant who had the potential to be very difficult. Nik's people skills made it all smooth sailing.

His initial property valuation was the lowest of all the agents I spoke to, and in the it end was the most realistic. I look back now with a sense of relief that I made my choice to use Nik as my agent.

After every open house, Nik called me promptly with a summary of every person who walked through, and their thoughts of the house. He was thorough and once again realistic.

Early every week Nik would call me with the results of his follow up calls to the potential buyers. And again, he was thorough and realistic with his report.

Looking back on the whole process from start to finish, there wasn't a time where I felt Nik could have done any better. I appreciate his advise and professionalism, his experience and his honesty.

Dear Jack,

 

I have to tell you how delighted I am with my townhouse.  I would send an email, but still waiting for the ADSL connection!

It is all that I had imagined… beautiful surroundings, friendly people, and an absolute joy to be here.  I am trying not to say “thank you Jack”, but just know that I will always be grateful to you for making this happen.  I had coffee yesterday with my lovely neighbour and met a few of the “locals”, and am feeling quite at home already.

Most of all, I love “my” beautiful Gum trees out the back.  I sit out on the patio at sunset (glass of Sherry in hand!) and am quite transfixed with the colours of the trees and the sound of the birds.  My columns are a thing of the past, and Miro came today to give a quote for the painting, so all is moving along very nicely.

I still have a bit of a complex about you telling me I am obsessive/compulsive…  I am trying to be disorganised and untidy, but it’s not easy breaking the habit!! (thanks Jack).

Please drop by any time to see all the improvement.  In fact I think the bottle of Craftsman will remain unopened until you can share a glass with me.
