This gentleman constantly offered me his services and duty of care. He first tried to sell the old house at 171 Ocean St, Narrabeen (prior to building the new house) when the market was poor.


He offered his services free of charge on the building of the new house, namely on the design of the house and what to include in the house. He came to see the house during renovations and even offered part of his commissions to other agents to assist In the sale. He turned up when I was not available or could not be there and undertook many chores on my behalf, such as turning the alarm on/off for tradespeople.


Throughout the years, I have found Nik to be very honest and truthful about every aspect regarding my property. He is certainly very professional and he achieved a very good result for me in selling my property.


If I have any future real estate transactions in the northern beaches, I will only go to Nik Vuko.


His level of duty of care, Integrity and professionalism is very high. There are not many people like Nik in Sydney.

He sold our home in three weeks for a price better than the original agent suggested. Since then Matt has sold two other properties for us and in each time he has sold them quickly and at a price beyond what we expected.


Matt has an extensive network of potential purchasers and is easy to get along with and absolutely trustworthy. He does not ramp up vendors with inflated suggested values and then have to manage them down. He does the opposite setting realistic expectations and then exceeding them.
