Fionas career in the Real Estate industry began in 1988 when she commenced working in a local Chastwood Agency whilst studying full time to obtain her Licence. Working in offices based on the Upper and Lower North Shore as well as the Northern beaches where she now calls home, Fiona has worked in all facets of real estate giving her an undeniable advantage of knowledge and procedures making her a very valuable part of the team.

Fiona worked her way from receptionist to Leasing Consultant and Property Manager to then Office Manager overseeing staff and the 500 plus rental roll as well as looking afther the Trust Account and also handling the marketing and sale of her Landlords investment properties. When the business sold in 2000, Fiona enjoyed the varied duties and offices temp work offered before settling on the Northern Beaches in 2002 when she started her family.

Fionas focus was to establish strong customer relations with her clients and offer them individual attention to the needs and expecations of  management of their investment property. With the rent roll tripling in size over the duration of her 8 years, Fiona established a strong client base through her sound knowlesdge of the Residential Tenancies Act and high level of customer service.
